Relieve Hot Flushes With Sweet Potato

 

Sue searched overseas for sweet potatoes or a similar species to alleviate hot flushes. In New Zealand and Fiji, she found kumara. This worked really well; in fact, kumara has a quicker, stronger effect than the red sweet potato.

Because taking hormones is different to making them yourself. Once you take a medication, the body stops the natural flow and you have to take supplements for life. No thanks, and now after 10 years of preparing myself and others for the menopause, Sue could boast that all it takes is a chew on the red sweet potato! Yes, the first time all it took was three doses, the size of a golf ball. She did nothing more for 3 months. When another hot flush emerged, Sue could test it again in other countries as well.
